In this study, high jugular bulb and related otologic symptoms and findings (tinnutus, vertigo, otitis and mastoiditis) were investigated. For this aim, cranial and temporal bones computerized tomography were done for patients who had chronic headache. High jugular bulbs were determined by measurement. The otologic symptoms and findings in these patients were determined and saved. The temporal bone CT scanes of 92 patients, 27 patients (29,4%) were found to have high jugular bulb. When we examined these patients, we determined tinnitus (n=13, 48,1%), vertigo (n=10, 37%), chronic otitis (n=5, 18,5%), mastoiditis (n=4, 14,8%), tinnitus+vertigo (n=2, 7,4%), and tinnitus+chronic otitis (n=1, 3,7%). The findings we had were compared with the literatures available. As a result, among patients who applied with tinnitus and vertigo whose etiology has not been determined yet, the high jugular bulb's existence should be taken into consideration in probable reasons.
