Primary adenocarcinomas of the tuba uterina are rare neoplasms. We discuss a primary tubal adenocarcinoma in a 42 year old patient who had pelvic pain complaint and who was operated with preliminary diagnosis of adnexial torsioned lesion and tuba-ovarian abscess. Primary adenocarcinomas of the tuba are rarely seen and appear with nonspesific symptoms.
