Effect on Body Composition of Organized Walking in Woman Patients That Have Heart Single Vascular Stoppage

The purpose of this study was to investigated the effect to body composition of walking exercises program for 3 days in 12 weeks of woman patients that have heart single vascular stoppage.

This study was applied between 40-60 aged woman patients which was seperated two groups. First group was control group (using only drug) and second group was experimental group (using drug and exercise). Patients had same vascular illness, same risk factors, same drugs and no cardiac operation in pre-test.

1 mil Rockport walking test was used to subjects and body composition values were measured in pre and post-exercise program.

As a result, there was a significant difference between two groups in 0.01 and 0.05 levels. But body composition values of experimental group were decreased positively and some parameters were increased. This fluctuation was concluded a significant effect in 0.01 and 0.05 levels.

It was found that more positive effects were seen on women doing exercise than sedantaries at the end of systematic walking for 12 weeks.
