Hydatid cyst is a parasitic infection. Hydatid disease presents as hydatid cysts primarily in the liver and lungs. Although hydatid cysts may be asymptomatic for many years, they may be symptomatic due to rupture and pyogenic infection. In this report, we aimed to present X-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography findings of an asymptomatic bilateral subdiaphragmatic hydatid cyst that is not described before in this localizations.
