Monoclonal gammopathies (MG) are diseases related to plasma B-cell disorders. The systemic manifestations of MG are monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), plasmocytoma, multiple myeloma, and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. MGUS is not a malignant disorder, but characterized by limited clonal proliferation of the bone marrow plasma cells without any evidence of organ damage. In the present study,, we report a case of a 73-year-old male who was diagnosed to have symmetrical motor predominant peripheral neuropathy associated with IgG MGUS.
