Endometrial polyps are the most common polyp type of the uterus and it s generally present in the uterus. Rarely pedinculated types can prolapse into vagina. Since it’s rare, we herein report two endometrial polyp cases prolapse to vagina.

H. A. 48 years old, E. G. 46 years old. Menometroraji was the complaint of these patients, and vaginal examination revieled masses leaning out from the serviks and measuring 4x5 cm and 3x3 cm respectively. Excision of masses and curettage were done in both cases and histopathology was reported as endometrial polyps.

Endometrial polyps prolapse to vagina may be interfere with pedinculated myomas. Since endometrial polyps have malignancy potential, excision and histopathologic examination must be done.
