Tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) is a rarely seen localized tumor which is commonly seen at the tendon sheats' of the hand and foot fingers, knee joint, popliteal region and ankle. It is also called as tendon based pigmented villonodular synovitis. Although it is known to be a benign condition, there are some malignant cases reported in the literature. In this study we aimed to report the treatment and follow up period of a patient with the diagnosis of TGCT and with this reason giving general information about the disease.
